Long Life

I don’t know where to go I‘ve got ten people I know

Stuck in sticky stuff, it gets tricky when you’re low

It’s a long life, when you don’t know where to go

I’m not sure what say do you like it anyway,

The monies pretty great, bet you 20 you’ll go grey

It’s a long life, when you’re don’t know what to say

Have you written a friend?

Someone you trust-to help you mend

Someone to depend upon

Have you looked alive through some ordinary eyes?

Tell if you can see now what nobody likes

It’s a long life when you’re trying not to try

So show me what to love don’t you mention what it costs

If you don’t know what you love, maybe you’re lost

It’s a long life, so be your own boss

Have you made a mind?

Someone you’ve found- to help you be kind

Someone to depend upon

Happiness – a charm is more complex than your palm.

Everybody yearns for some, though nobodies calm

It’s a long life, to sing a sad song

Try variety and sample every grain of rice

Have you tried variety I heard it tastes nice?

It’s long life,

So sample every spice

Have you written a friend?

Someone you trust-

to

 the

very

end

(than think how to get a job)

If you don’t know what you love have you tried

Happiness – a charm is more complex than your palm.

(will go further than your arm)

If you get it truly right it’s like singing a psalm

Reaching what you really want while being calm

It’s long life , to sing a gloomy pslam

Tell me what see; maybe to your great surprise

So keep rolling that dice

have you tried every spice

Song For Patch

When I look at me

the only thing I see is you

When I look at you

 the only thing I know

is you need you and I need me

Take a boat and wish upon it

let your mind be free of thought

No I won’t mind no I won’t mind at all

Take a boat and wish upon it

Sail it down to Mexico

No I won’t mind

No I won’t mind if you go and let yourself go

If go and let yourself go

If you go and let yourself go

No I won’t mind at all

It’s maybe be too long

The butterflies have gone far away

Do you know where it went wrong?

You can’t quite place it

But you know that it’s just not the same

(something’s gone and it’s just not the same)

Take a boat and wish upon it

let your mind be free of thought

No I won’t mind no I won’t mind at all

Take a boat and wish upon it

Sail it down to Mexico

No I won’t mind

No I won’t mind if you go and let yourself go

If go and let yourself go

If you go and let yourself go

No I won’t mind at all

Though if you don’t then ill find where it wnet wrong

But if you do and come back ill probably change

So please let me know if you go and will be long

So I can remember not cling to happy days

I’ll go find someone

Who needs someone like me, not like you

Though we’ve had all our fun

Our long encounter will seem brief

Once a new one’s begin

close to them

You’re tired of my

The Windy Cities of Sun

Sitting out of Zagreb on a sunny afternoon,

And I know it’s fine, I know it’s right.

Jars of tar adorn their roofs in red, white and blue

Red white blue,

They lost the smiles when the war marched in,

Which I don’t blame, I can’t feel their pain

But the young couldn’t fight and their just the same.

It fills her with shame

They all go down south to the windy cities,

The windy cities of sun.

That’s where they cool down at the windy cities,

The windy cities of sun.

So take me down to the take me down to the windy cities of sun

So take me down to the take me down to the windy cities of sun

We stayed up late and talked of the world,

About how it’s round and that people with frowns,

Never see smiles and only look down

Down at the ground for questions profound.

Discussing her thoughts,

We put them in boxes so they could hide,

Disguised by lies and closed off signs

Reserved for friends.

and certain types

she goes down south to the windy cities,

The windy cities of sun.

That’s where she cool down at the windy cities,

The windy cities of sun.

So take her down to the take her down to the windy cities of sun

So take her down to the take him down to the windy cities of sun

Our friend fell ill,

So we left him to sweat,

With his confidence broke and his stomach a wreck

But he wanted peace so we tried to forget

Though we should of stayed and seen him to bed.

(we left a day a later and left him to bed)

He left a day later on board a ride home,

Probably feeling abandoned with regrets of his own,

Though we sent him pictures (photos) he wasn’t to know

We’d go back next summer to what hadn’t be shown

He’ll go down south to the windy cities,

The windy cities of sun.

That’s where he’ll cool down at the windy cities,

The windy cities of sun.

So take him down to the take him down to the windy cities of sun

So take him down to the take take him down to the windy cities of sun

Trade It In

How long will I take

Before I really make

My first mistake?

Well, how long will I take now, honey?

How long is a while

Before she learns to smile?

She’s floating up the Nile,

In a basket made of tile now, honey.

Don’t you know we all get down sometimes?

Well, if you can’t buy love,

Then you take it back – You trade it in.

And if you can’t be you,

With the facts that you have,

It’s time to begin.

By being yourself now, honey (Self now, honey).

You do as you feel: By being yourself now, honey.

You’re stronger than steel,

By being you.

And the surfers they don’t,

They don’t really like me.

And the fishermen go out,

To understand the sea.

How long will she cry

Before she learns to try?

Over split milk and pie,

Well, how long will she cry now, honey?

And don’t you know we all get down sometimes?

Well you if you can’t buy love,

Then you take it back – You trade it in.

And if you can’t be you,

With the facts that you have,

It’s time to begin.

By being yourself now, honey (Self now honey).

You do as you feel: By being yourself now honey.

You’re stronger than steel, By being you.

You’re stronger than steel, By being you.

Well, if you can’t buy love,

Then you take it back – You trade it in.

And if you can’t be you,

With the facts that you have, It’s time to begin.

By being yourself now, honey (Self now honey).

You do as you feel: By being yourself now, honey (Self now, honey).

You’re stronger than steel.

Song For Grace

It’s hard to admit when you’re wrong, when you’re right

You can say what you like,

you can fight In the night

Cos the lights on, the lights off

Because you’re there or you’re not

It’s hard to admit when you’re wrong, when you’re right

You can say what you like,

you can fight In the night

Cos the lights on, the lights off

Because you’re there or you’re not

Cos I don’t care , don’t care now you’re gone

Cos I don’t care , don’t care now you’re gone

Cos I don’t care , don’t care now you’re gone

Take out the moon put out the sun

Oh don’t go breaking my heart

You can say what you like

You can do as you might

Then you say it’s aright when you turn out the light

X2

It’s hard to admit when you’re wrong , when you’re right

You can say what you like ,

You can fight In the night

Cos the lights on, the lights off

Because you’re there or you’re not

Take out the moon, pack up the sun

Take down the stars and extinguish the fun

Put out the light and put up the dark

Let the moonlight fade

Oh don’t go breaking my heart

You can say what you like

You can do as you might

When you say it’s aright when you’ve turned out the light

X2

I’m preparing my spear for war get my battle sword

Get my battle sword

The blade is sharp and to the beat of a harp

We’ll charge with no don’t look back because you can’t hear.

I know that a man can fall from grace take an almighty little tumble

And fall down on his face

And I know that the arrow can bring down the man

Whether he’s six foot five or five foot six

It doesn’t really matter

Anymore
